We had a fine stay in Cuenca. Got big and bright standard double room with nice views when arrived, greatly enjoyed that. The hotel was in a particularly good location really close to the city centre. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Cuenca Historic Centre district.

The room was bright and quiet, had shower facilities, bath sheets in the private bathroom, and a comfortable bed.

During Christmas, we enjoyed the big rooms and very nice staff. The room had a smart TV, making it possible to watch Netflix, which is a plus. The location was very central, with a market nearby and easy access to public transport. The bathroom had hot showers which were very relaxing.

The room was bright at night due to an outside street lamp. , the other guests partied and made noise during the night, which was a bit disturbing.

The location was also very convenient, making it easy for me to navigate and explore the city on my business trip.

To my experience. the lack of proper ventilation in the room made it feel stuffy and uncomfortable.

My room at Hotel Norte was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space for my belongings. The bathroom had a hot shower and was remarkably spacious. Despite being located near a busy square, the room was peaceful and quiet. The hotel's Wi-Fi was impressively fast and reliable. Additionally, the hotel was well-secured with a comprehensive camera system and round-the-clock lock policy.

Although the bed was a bit firm, it was still comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, although it could have been better.
